Limited access and a very tight workable area required both design creativity as well as logistics experience to bring this project to fruition.
A custom gunite swimming pool with an integrated spa, creates a refined and inviting focal point for the backyard. A thoughtfully crafted paver patio extends the living space outdoors, while coordinated walkways guide a natural flow into the backyard and connect each element with balance and purpose.
To enhance comfort and usability, we created a custom shaded structure that offers relief from the sun as well as privacy from nearby neighbors. The Pergola/Pavilion defines a relaxed gathering area as well.
The front of the home was the staging area for the extensive work in back and to complete the project a new front entry to the home was designed and implemented. Material choice throughout brought continuity. Plantings soften the structures and hardscape while also providing focal points, privacy and of course seasonal interest and beauty.
